Kanika Shekhawat is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Associate), registered with Rehabilitation Council of India and a Hypnotherapist, registered with Indian Society of Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis.
She has an experience of 3+ years in dealing with clients of all age groups. She has worked with clients in clinical and school setting.
She believes in empowering individuals through creating awareness of behavioral patterns and learning adaptive skills by applying evidence based techniques.
Ms. Sakhi Semant Harish is an erudite counsellor and has a firm clench over the subject matters of Psychology. After having finished her BA Hons degree from the International College for Girls, now known as the IIS University, she went on to complete her postgraduation in clinical psychology from the prestigious Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Since then, she has had a range of work experiences from that of play and speech therapy to undertaking counselling sessions, assessing cognitive tests to documenting and archiving events.
She has rendered her services as a counsellor in multiple capacities in educational, health and rehabilitation settings. She also has a profound interest in music and writing and has won numerous laurels for the same. She currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
She is a trained DMIT and DISC expert and has also recently acquired Green Belt Certification in Career Counselling from UCLA extension and Univariate.
Ms. Aditi has experience working with all age groups-children (learning difficulties, academic concerns, behavioral or personal issues) and adults as well (stress, anxiety, work-life issues, relationship issues, marital issues, self-esteem, motivation, etc.). An ardent feminist, she is also passionate about education, inclusivity for the specially-abled, female rights, LGBTQIA+ community rights, etc.
Her other interests include writing, dance and sketching.
Miss Surabhi Lodha is pursuing her Ph.D. research in the field of psychology of meditation at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
She has earned Post-Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from NCERT-New Delhi. In her experience of psychological guidance and counseling, she has worked with several individuals assisting them in inculcating cognitive-behavioral practices related to self-discipline, relaxation, and meditation in their daily lives for improving physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being. Being a certified meditation teacher (trained and certified by Sakshi Sadhana Sansthan, Rajsamand, a Rajasthan-based psycho-spiritual organization dedicated to relaxation and meditation practices), she has acquired skills in using fundamental tools and techniques of mindfulness.
